So I have a M28 casting head and went to assemble on the motor to find out the rocker arm geometry is all messed up because of the following?
1. Delta cams ground to much off the bottom of the lobes
2. The installed height of the valve springs are 1.560" instead of 1.600"(factory) which is what i had my cam ground to fit the factory install height.
So i am wondering if anyone has ran into this problem before and know either how to fix it or where i can buy new retainers and valve locks/ keepers that are +.050" taller on the bead? Right now i have coil bind issues with only .020" gap between 2-1/2 coils. I would like to be about .050" between coils with about 60-75lbs seat pressure?
Any ideas or sources I have tryed Isky Cams, Crane Cams, Engine Machine Services, & Comp Cams?
