like it says, whats a few of the best places to order parts? my local parts store cant get the harmonic balancer and I really don't want a junk yard part id like to keep all my parts new and keep receipts so I have a record of what ive done since I've owned her.

I couldn't find a harmonic balancer anywhere online, a new one that is. You will probably have to get a used one. Good Luck!
