Leaf springs?

Anybody know what these are? kinda look like something for leaf springs. I found them along with wheel spacers, lug nuts, and leaf spring U-bolts in the back of my new 87 ram 50

looks like a hellwig add a leaf helper for something, but I doubt they will work on your truck
