Ok, I am the Newbie, However I know a lil sumthin sumthin about swingin' wrenches. I have used the search and found a lot of great info!!! Is there a sticky that shows what parts are interchangeable between the D.S.M. family and the Max?

Just about all of them are. Some things are obvious differences (like manifolds). Some differences are small (like accessory components and brackets). Internals are obviously differentdifferent (size, strength, bore, stroke).

However, if you can swing a wrench, you can find clever ways to combine the two in many more ways than one. The decks are casted the same, so you can toss on a DSM head to a G64 8V bottom end. Other things need to be modified to fit. There is a huge list of interchangeable parts from dozens of Mitsu engines. The list goes all the way into the Evo family/series as well.
