1st gen rear bumpers in that condition are rare (especially since its not the chrome plated)...spray it with something like wd-40 & store it inside if possible.

spray the whole bumper or just all the bolts and nuts. And i have the bumper in the shed away from water.

i'd spray the whole bumper...in new england everything rusts like its on fire...i have my trucks sprayed with a heated combination of bar & chain oil mixed with wax.

I went to school with old dim cluster bulbs. They ended up getting all the GOOD jobs...why is that?

Hmmm, wonder where I've seen that done before  A little 3D carbon look film is subtle but has just the right impact. I'm going to do the whole instrument panel surround when I get the chance. Might even pull the bezel out of the cluster and do that too...

I was able to do it from an iPhone. I was using the desk top site. There should be a way in the mobile site. I also have forum runner. The site is set up to support it. I just did test upload in the test area using form runner. Yep worked. It was easy also.

That looks really different without the stripes. Have plans for a pin stripe maybe or keeping yellow?

Front grill looks really good too. Makes me think about doing mine now.

Nice, My celica was 1978 Chevy Corvette canary yellow with the tiny amount of black that the color called for, removed from the recipe. It made a nice yellow for that car. 11808 Had a gold champagne pearl mixed in clear too.

The same Mitsubishi yellow you have would be perfect, no need to do jams and under hood etc. Make the job easier for ya. I really like yellow also as you can see in the image

I want to keep the yellow with black rims n front end. Im still thinking if I should add the RT stripes or not. Im still looking around a bit for ideas.

Black shoe polish might work. Looks better though, especially without the outdated rainbow things on the sides. I don't see much two tone from the decals either after removing them.

Its only original once.

does any body know where you can get the original stripes? I have a part of an OEM decal kit from when the truck was previously wrecked. I think I have 1 fender and the bed decal. Do you think a vinyl shop could duplicate?
