My ex-wife has one but she uses it daily. Says a girdle hurts her chest hair.

There is no rear sway bar that will swap over from what I have seen. But you can add in an after market one. http://www.1speedway.com/

Montero Sport rears do. It's not necessarily "direct" (as in bolt-on), but it isn't terribly difficult to install. You just have to weld brackets.

There is a thread on here that someone used a rear sway bar from a late model F-150. Someday I may get around to mounting the one I bought for Geronimo years ago that was supposed to have been made for a 1st gen D-50. When I tried to fish the u-bolt through the frame for the mount, it hit a reinforcement in the box frame that stopped me from mounting it that way. Drilled all the way through from the bottom, but it didn't work right - kept binding. Was going to make plates to mount to axle, just never got around to it yet.

Something about the ford sway bar? In our archives.

TurboMax put a rear sway bar from an older F-150 . The rear axle has brackets that wrap around and hold the bar but you have to come up with some way to mount the endlinks to the frame.
