Is certain parts that hard to find on these truck?

I've been looking for a replacement axles shaft for days now and can't find one vendor that has them. I bought a truck not knowing one of the shaft was bent to hell. Did all kinds of tune up on it, got it running real good, now this is stopping me from driving.

agreed, these trucks are getting scarce could try salvage yard, probably more cost effective to replace whole axle from a you pull it yard

There's a complete axle with the rare 4.22 diff for sale on eBay now. Posted the link in the eBay thread in the For Sale forum.

Went to a local axle shop, there was plenty of axles for other vehicle piled up out back. There were like over 10 axle shafts for Nissan and other imports and what do you know, we found one Mitsu shaft under that pile.

I hope that shaft works for you, I just left a U-pull it yard just to see what's out there in my area and not the first Mitsu Dodge Ram 50 there.
