it will work but is a bit pricy. The fact that it doesn't impede fuel flow when it drops the pressure is perfect for webers as they need flow more than pressure to work properly.

It was this or order aHolley 12-804 fpr setup as I have decided to keep the mechanical pump? .also pennyman can you enlighten me on the differences of a auto choke and manual choke for the Weber . No difference between 5 speed and auto? Thanks

automatic chokes can be water or electric, manual has a cable to operate the choke - the manual choke carb can be converted to electric or water, but if you are buying new, get the right one the first time. 5spd or auto has no bearing on choke type. The Holley 12-804 will work as well, or you can use a standard reg with a t fitting with the reg output going to the return line - this will bleed off the excess pressure without restricting the flow to the carb.
