If you mean the stuff along the edges.... vinegar works pretty well. Just dilute it to a 1 to 1 ratio and it will be plenty strong. Then just a cloth or newspaper works well, as it doesn't leave any little fuzzies like fabric. Bum's have that much figured out in life when they want to wash your window.
