VR4 5 or 6 Speed Rear Diff install

Anyone attempt this? Sounds like members here do this swap on their RWD MM's with 8" housing for the gear ratio, but my question though is if the LSD would work on our front 4x4 diff. Thoughts?

use a LSD diff from a starquest rear instead - it is a direct swap into the 4x4 front diff. Not sure the rear diff from a AWD 3000gt would work in the front diff. Others on here may have the answer to this.

I'm hoping that they do. I can get a hold of those easier than the starquest ones it seems.

That is a nice alternative but those can be loud or clunky with daily use. Looking for more seamless day to day use.
