My 2.6 starts right up in the morning, but will not idle properly until she has warmed up a bit. I'm getting power to the choke. So I'm wandering if something is wrong with the choke and if so any suggestions?

Check your choke setting. Wote had an issue with his choke not fully opening after warm up so it sounds like you have the opposite. Check out camoit's response vid on how to set and adjust the electric choke on the weber and most other electric type choke assemblies - http://www.mightyram50.net/vbulletin/showthread.php/5325-Weber-choke-not-opening-fully?p=46349&viewfull=1#post46349
