Interior light/dome light

First off I'd like to thank everyone that has helped me on this forum because I highly appreciate it and you guys have been a massive help :) so here's my question; basically I'm trying to figure out the size or part number of the enterior light on the roof inside the cab on a 91 MM REGULAR CAB. I've been to 3 different part stores and nobody has the right one. Any help is highly appreciated and thanks in advance

Side note: I've been given mini bulbs that have tapered ends and never the bulbs with the flat ends

as far as I know they all used the festoon type bulbs with the pointed/angle/sharp ends on then, at least every truck I've seen.
