Need pics of tailgate handle

Can someone get me some pics of this type of tailgate handle latched and unlatched? I want to shave my handle and relocte it to the inside and it seems like this would be an easier way to go but im not sure how they work.

those were the handles that all Japanese trucks had on the outside of the tailgates in the 70's and 80's in the US except for the Dodges - they were removed and door handles and latches were used in their place - the best operating tailgate latches around. Just do a handle flip and shave the tailgate handle. Geronimo has a interior door handle for the tailgate release with the handle shaved.
