Hey guys, i am working on a 1992 Dodge Ram 50 with a 2.4l fuel injected engine. It will not stay running when its cold at first start up, but starts and runs fine when its hot. Im getting codes 13,14,15,21, and 25. I have replaced the head due to valve train issues, and replaced the mass air flow sensor, idle air control assembly, and coolant temp sensor. I have checked all the circuits for shorts to ground or power, and found nothing wrong. Im at my whits end with this and dont want to just keep throwing parts on it, like the PCM but i'm running out of options. Any ideas?

You might need to ground the ECM check wire in the engine bay to set the ignition timing seeming you've had the head off. The ECM's can behave glitchy if the engine hasn't been put into timing mode. Check this link (courtesy of LSR Mike) -

I have cleaned and checked all the grounds. I have even ohmed the circuits form each sensor to the ECM, but havent found any issues. I get the code 15 as soon as i turn the key on and codes 13,14,21,& 25 come up about a minute or two later with or without the engine running. I'll have to go back and check the timing again and see what it does after putting it in timing mode.

Do you have any links to the troubleshooting of these fault codes. The Haynes manual i have is very limited!!!

There is a fault code thread in the tech section.
