So over the course of a few months and moving the truck inside... It seems that several of the timing chain cover bolts have rusted up to where I am unwilling to put them back in my 4g54. So now the question is where can I get a new set of these bolts?

If you have a Lowe's nearby, you might try looking in hardware, in those "specialty" drawers they have. You'll discover all kinds of other useful hardware in those drawers. Take the old bolts with you to compare lengths.
That's the easiest first step.

Hit them with a wire brush and some oil. They will be fine.

or soak them in white vinegar or Coca-Cola to remove the rust.

...or mix up a solution of citric acid powder and warm water. Few hours in that and the rust will brush off.
