No power the green and white wire on cigarette lighter...1990 2.4 MM

So recently i had plugged in a cellphome charger into the cigarette lighter port i twisted the charger then all of a sudden i lost power the cigarette lighter...my radio also keeps turning on and off i tested with a meter or 12v at the green/white wire on the back of the cigarette lighter and i have nothing...weird thing is while driving radio will sporadically come on briefly and then shut off...any ideas of where to start? All my fuses in the cab fuse box are all good...im lost and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the ground wire from the cab to the engine - if it is broken it can cause all kinds of issues.

cheick the radio fuse on the fuse box... it provides power to the cigarette lighter too

The ignition switch also has to be in on position to power the cig lighter.

I haven't checked deep in mine yet but My light works in my cigarette lighter. My radio works, (after market deck) But It doesn't appear to have power to the cig lighter.
