Oh my god it's running

Well I finally put enough parts in it to get it running. The funny thing is After replacing the crank sensor in the distributor it still wouldn't run after the key went back to run position o I pulled the plugs out of the rebuilt computer and hooked up the old one I rebuilt and it fired right up and the check light went out. I have a box of parts that are likely not bad.

There's a good chance you needed to kill the power to the ECU to get it to reset. Like having to ground the tune/diagnostic wire in the engine bay.
