There ia probably info on this already, but I cannot find it. Does anyone have insight into upgrading a standard 2 speed wiper setup with intermittent wiper functionality?

Hello, to answer your question: "No..."

Good thing you don't live in Seattle; you'd need a ten speed wiper to keep up with all the varieties of rain they got ;)

PYLON used to make an add-on variable speed delay control for ~$22. Got em from JCWhitney back the day
Worked excellent on my old 87 corollas. Clear instructions, took minutes

maybe this is your solution ? Great buy if it works and the $10 is real

I bought some crude generic one a couple years back, online ~$13 + shpg
doesn't come in neat case like the Pylon unit. Haven't tried it yet
