Any differences between '79 and '80 5-speed?

Is the manual 5-speed that's mated to the 2.6ltr Sports the same in 1980 as it was in 1979?

There the same trucks. Just Arrow 1st, 1979 then Dodge 2dn 1980. Some had a 2.0L 4 speed, and auto trans. As you look around you will find your truck is in other cars as well. Things start to change when they go into the late model first gen trucks. But there are lots of common parts there as well.

Good to here. Your 79 is interchangeable all the way down to the last washer.
