Hey guys,
my 94 mighty 4x4 is grinding going into second gear.
Shop i went to is thinking synchros and possibly second gear damage.
Bearing synchros kit is easy to find but, gears and misc parts are harder to find.
shop suggested that finding another used trans to swap in or a used trans for spare parts to start the project.
I noticed that KM145 trans are also found in some fords models.
KM145 RANGER/BRONCO MANUAL TRANS
would the internals from ford spec KM145 go into the my Mit KM145 trans?
at the least could the shop use one as a donor trans for gears?
