at idle 38PSI, with the pressure regulator Vacuum hose disconnected, 47-53 PSI
Hey Mike is that what the tank pumps put out? Just wondering because that seems like a lot of fuel pressure. My Carter is regulated with a holley at 3-4psi. 2.0L G63B. My mechanical stock pump on the head was right around the same pressure as well.
Straight from the Haynes manual.
that is right for an efi truck

This is EFI not carb, fuel injection uses a lot more fuel pressure. What Mike quoted seems about right, I know my 4g63t stock pump and system is somewhere in the mid 40s
Yeah the EFI requires closer to 40 to work. The carb'd engines going close to 10psi can blow out seals and such in the carb.
