    Possible to convert 4D56 4x4 trans to RWD?

    Would it be possible to remove the transfer case off of this transmission and bolt in RWD snout? Would this transmission fit the crossmember in our trucks?

    The two transmissions are not compatible. If you are looking for a 2wd tranny I have a new one I can sell you.
