Ebay halogen headlights for the trucks

I'm pretty sure these would work in our trucks. The 2 and 4 headlight system. I thought they looked rather well built being glass instead of that plastic. I'm not sure if an adapter is required, so you might check into it if you decided to try these.

Yup, the 2nd gen headlights are 6x7. Might want to upgrade the stock cheap headlight plugs, possibility of them melting with the added voltage. Happened on one of my trucks but not the other.

I see the 6"x7"'s come with City Light too ! Nice.
But neither say they will fit the early 2 headlight models.

What size are the first Gen 2 headlight model lights ???
(sorry, not in the same location as my truck at the moment)

the lights will fit the 1st gen headlight buckets, but you will have to modify them to clear the citylights - Geronimo has a set in him now and he is a 1980. I am not thrilled with the toucan ones I have, so I may go and put a set of nos Hella Z beam headlights from the early 80s like I had in him years ago - changed them out for the toucans, then used them in my 1988 ram50 and sold it with them in it. much better light output but no city lights - but I can use LED strips instead.

I bought the same eBay lights except mine are hid. Within 2 months the chrome inside the light started to fade and the city lights are cheaply glue in. But with that said I still like them. I had to seal the city lights myself and change out the faded bulbs but you get what you pay for.

What, if any, did you decide to go with, and how did it come out? I'm interested in switching mine out.
