Make a template with paper or cardboard and check local Auto Stores for a close match. Doesn't need to be perfect, just cover the hole. I left my thick gasket on when I placed my plate on. Not sure if this was the reason it stopped leaking when I redid the plate, but it's working well now. I just grabbed a piece of aluminum and grinded and drilled two holes. I think someone in here told me there is a chevy one that fits, but I forget who said it.

sbc cover is close, may have to oval the holes to fit. I made Geronimo's out of a scrap piece of S/S I had laying around from cutting a hole in the panal of a poker machine to mount a bill acceptor
