Coil Spring Spacers?
I recently installed Hellwig helper springs on the back of my '88 2WD. The factory leafs were almost flat and not very firm. I raised the back end 2"- 3" and it really firmed up the ride. I'd like to raise the front a bit to level the truck out now that the back is a bit higher. I've been looking at coil spring spacers as a simple and inexpensive way to lift the front a bit. Has anyone tried this with a Ram 50?

I bought some 3/4in spacers for a Jeep Wrangler on eBay. I never used them because we got my truck closer to the same ride hight side to side. I'll look in my garage to see if they might actually work, we never took them out of the box. From the description they sounded close to the same diameter as a mighty max spring.

Thanks, I would be interested to know if they will fit in a Ram 50. I think our trucks have a fairly small diameter spring. I haven't found any yet that mention a Ram 50 as an application.

So this is going to take a couple times, I took a few pics next to one of my drop springs with the spacer. I can only post one pic at a time without my phone acting up

That looks like it fits the spring pretty well. Do you think it would fit up into the spring seat?

Maybe? We never tried to fit it. Maybe a little trimming and they would fit for sure.

Honestly I don't know, when I got them I really didn't care, just looked like it would work. I don't think I have the invoice any more but I'll check my garage to see if it's sitting in there. If someone wants to try the spacers let me know. Just pay shipping.
