love how those air lines are run through the x-member with hardline on the outside. Never seen it done that way before. I'm assuming the lines are soft inside the x-member to flex with the control arms correct?

Thats how the custom guys are doing it. But they are running flexible copper inside of all the frame rails so you never see it at all. Some guys are slicing the frame length wise to install them. Then re-welding the frame.

cut some more of the pocket today....cleaned up the upper control arms....gonna leave the ball joints in til im ready for powder coat...dont want to be pressing them in and out...ill buy new when ready for final install....I ordered some round tube 3.125 Id dom 3.5 od..gonna make an upper cup, offset the tube on the bag plate, weld a long lug to run thru the existing shock hole in the top of the perch....i think that will work good.....soaking all the break parts overnight, tomorrow ill blast them......
Decided to powder coat the uppers and lowers in silver vein with hot blue candy top coat......spindles in a sparkly silver...cant decide on the calipers what color yet..what do ya guys think.....
I can coat about anything..i have a 3x3x3 oven, in the middle of a 4x6x4 oven build....

this is not my job...im a Union sheet metal worker by trade...coating is something that i started as a hobby 4 years ago and it grew to the point i had to make a decision on sheet metal or coating....im involved heavily in my unions politics so i choose what my "calling" is and use the coating for funding projects and making my stuff look nice....So when i get a little more along L.K. ill do ya up for a good price....

chicks with tats are almost always awesome. this is sort of related and I got a real good laugh http://early-onset-of-night.tumblr.c...-dayton-oh-was

"Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it."
