    Manual locking hubs?

    Hs anybody ever converted an 88 mighty max 4x4 from auto hubs to manual hubs?? If so what parts are required and what is the process?

    search for l200 manual hubs on ebay and take your pick

    process is to remove the auto hub and install the manual hub

    From research I did into this, when I was considering doing the same thing (didn't do it), these seem to be a good option. There are cheaper ones out there too, but these are the better one from what I recall- all metal, no plastic parts.
    Amazon says they are not a match for the our trucks but I remember reading in a few places that they are a match. maybe someone else can confirm.
    By the way, I think the price is for one hub, not a set.
