I have successfully swap my 88 ram 50 with a 5.7 hemi I wanted to document the build better but have lost most of the pictures over the last year but will post what I have. I am currently fighting steering issues and attempting to swap to mustang 2 front end.i can't seem to add pictures here but you can check out the whole build threw its fb page https://www.facebook.com/shttyfitty/

The Ram 50 is a lightweight truck. Once you push over 300 horses through it all of the limitations start showing up. How are you setting up the rear end? I don't do social media so I can't see anything on FB...

It's a shorten Ford 8.8 with 3.73 and carbon Kevlar clutch. Stock leaf springs and ajustable rear shocks. Ajustable as in compression and rebound.

Interested in seeing more pictures about your build. 5.7L would be a blast.
