    Headers and Cams

I’m looking to get a little more power out of my 2.6 while I’m getting the transmission rebuilt. I heard that the pacesetter headers don’t help performance much, but I cannot find where to get the dg headers. Also, are there anymore companies making street cams for these things? I wanted to just do a 4g63t swap, but that’s a bit out of my price range right now. If anyone knows where I can find stuff, or has suggestions for power, let me know.

Seems like PaceSetter may be out of business, if that's the same PaceSetter Performance Products in Phoenix that Google is saying has "Permanently closed", and all the vendors like Summit/Jegs/etc. show their items as "Out of stock" or "Call for availability".

However, last post in this thread a couple months ago says DG Headers is still making theirs and provides a contact email:

Thanks for that info Sub it could very well help many folks including me ~ with my wife's help I will try fitting the Pacesetter cat ~ slots in it's inlet pipe connection need to be drilled or burred out at the proper C/L distances for the two spring exhaust manifold bolts to pass through the slot & will need two ss bolts washers nuts to install the outlet side (need to find the outlet gasket I have somewhere too)

    Thanks Again Sub
