    Changing to electric fuel pump

My mechanical fuel pump needed replaced, so I installed a electric pump. Is there a plate I can get to put over where the mechanical pump goes or do I need to leave it on the truck? Scott

Look at this post that discusses making your own cover plate or adapting one from another vehicle:

Any 2-bolt fuel pump block-off plate for a Big Block Chevy or Big/Small Block Mopar/Ford should work, but the 4-bolt plate for a Small Block Chevy won't.

I'd recommend getting an alloy one, just in case you need to file/grind the edges down slightly to fit, as I needed to do for mine.
