Does anyone know what the factory lug nuts for the 15x6 10hole aluminum wheels looked like? I've got a set and have them mounted with acorn nuts but it looks like there should've been some sort of washer for more support?

Dunno about this specific application for certain, but FWIW I have never seen any lug nuts/bolts use any sort of washer. Typically the nuts or bolt heads have a tapered base facing the lug hole in the wheel, which helps ensure the wheel is perfectly centered on the hub with clamping force evenly distributed around each lug. If by "acorn nuts" you mean regular cap nuts with a flat base, pretty sure those would be incorrect for use as lug nuts.

I've got traditional tampered, and the wheels have the cone but it looks like there was a washer style nut used before but I've never seen a tampered nut with a washer. Standard mag style nuts with washers don't have the taper.
Mag type lugs on the thicker wheels acorn type on the steel type rims.
