door card compatability

I was wondering if all 1st gens use the same door cards? i found a set of 82 but need to know for sure if they will fit my 86? thanks much.

As far as I know, yes.

the difference boil down to trim package, but the doors are all drilled to have to push pin plastics and handle mounting points

Yes - the door cards are the same and are interchangeable. There are 2 different door pulls depending on trim level, but are also interchangeable. The older cards use metal clips instead of the plastic pins, but either will work.
