    Turbo Power Ram 50??

There's an '84 Mitsubishi Conquest for sale nearby that has the turbo 2.6l and fuel injection. Would these goodies easily swap onto my 1986 Power Ram 4x4 pickup?? Or would it be better to swap the whole motor? I just rebuilt my motor a couple years ago so I'd hate to swap it out. Is this one of the easier routes to more Power without losing much gas mileage? I had an old Saab 900 turbo that I loved to death... great Power and good gas mileage. Thanks in advance for ideas and feedback!

I would swap the whole engine. Usually when you build a boosted engine you lower the CR a bit, So it might be built a little differently than an NA engine.

starion swaps done lotsa times, into montys, raiders, trucks. pirate4x4wire forums had a bunch detailed
some bolted starion goodies onto their truck motor..... it's not like truck 2.6 are high compression motors
I posted a link to one such truck conversion, somewhere on this forum
Everyone of the swaps seem to rave over the huge performance increase
