    Help finding parts

Got a question about 2 parts that have broken during my head gasket fix. I have a 1988 Mitsubishi mighty max 2.0L (g63b). The first part is located at the rear or the upper intake manifold. I believe it’s the for the heater hose but also has a second tube coming off the side that lead to the carburetor. And the second is a vacuum tree that is scrwed in under the thermostat housing I have tried numerous key words to try to find them online but can’t narrow it down. I would appreciate any help, want to get this mighty max on the road.

Pretty sure that "vacuum tree" in your last photo is just a thermovalve that blocks/passes vacuum among its hose barbs depending on coolant temperature. This would only serve a function with the stock Mikuni carb, so if you've swapped to a Weber carb (or plan to), you can just leave it be as a plug for the coolant port it's screwed into.

As for the heater hose barb, it had that extra side barb to feed coolant thru the automatic choke on the stock Mikuni carb. Swapping to a Weber carb requires either blocking that side barb or replacing that entire barb fitting with a generic single-outlet one for the heater hose alone. AFAIK all hose barb fittings on these use the BSPT (British Standard Pipe Tapered) thead spec, rather than the NPT (National Pipe Tapered) spec more common in the US. You can probably find a suitable BSPT fitting on eBay or elsewhere online, if not at a local plumbing supplier.

The TVV thermo vacuum valve will be the golden bullet to find. You can try rockauto to start with. Then work your way around from there. Carquest took over Advanced auto parts, So it's up in the air if they can get it anymore. Otherwise I would say FPW in Sacramento. Foreign Parts Warehouse. Then it's another toss up.
The other part can be re soldered by a HVAC guy using a torch and silver solder. If you have both parts.

Several suppliers have the manifold inlet joint. Just search the P/N MD020630. I could find only one source that might have the thermo-valve, MD101597, but the site looks sketchy: https://ysbsqa-factorymoparparts-51..../md101597.html.
