    4x4 Front wheel bearings

I want to inspect and possibly replace my front wheel bearings on my 1990 Power Ram 50 and I'm running into a wall right away.

Does anyone have any trick to getting the hub end cover off? The Chilton's suggests turning it with a strap-style oil filter wrench, which I've tried, but that sucker won't budge.

Try a very large channel lock wrench and cover the cap with a thick rag to protect it. Don't loose the "O" ring inside the cap.
