holly carb swap?

i was wondering if you could use a holly carb from a 89 2.0L MM for a 89 2.6 D50? both being 2wd

Yes they are interchangeable, but you may want to rejet for best performance

The stock carb is a mikuni, so I doubt they'll fit.

theres a lot of vaccum lines on the stock carb..am i going to have to hook them up to the new carb or do something different?

Most of the lines go to the box on the left inner fender for the old carb; they won't be needed anymore. The ones you need are the one from the throttle plate to the vacuum advance on the distributor and the big one over to the brake booster. You can also leave the one to the evap canister for the fuel tank and run the big line to the air cleaner for vapor from the gas tank. If your's is a smog inspection state, you can stealthly hook all the rest of the lines up so they look right, but really go around in a big circle.
