Couple new pics

Got the bed cover on and my old grill with the fog lights mounted. Those lights will be wired to only come on with my high beams, due to the 100 watt bulbs I put in them. I have another set of fog lights that I will use with the regular low beams that will be mounted in the bumper. Just have to finish securing the bumper first, it's a little flimsy right now, then I'll get those on tomorrow. Also already ordered a new back glass with the sliding window, got it for $50 shipped on ebay. Can't wait to get that on, I hate the glass it's got now, can't see out of it at all.

Nice. I'm a little curious what kinda of fog lights you are going to run in the bumper. I like fog lights but thoughs are a little big for me. Lol. I have the older metal bumper and was thinking of putting some fog lights in the middle between the turn signals since the holes are already there.

Final pics of the front end with all lights installed. Only have the smaller fog lights at the bottom temporarily wired up. Waiting on my new crimping tool to come in. Wiring them up to individual fuses and relays in a fuse box that I stripped out of a Firebird at the junkyard. Took all the terminals out of it, and ordered some new ones, will make for a real clean install, plus there are dozens of other places to add more fuses and relays in the future. I do a ton of night driving and have a hard time seeing, so in case you're wondering why so many lights.. it's necessary.

Also got one vent visor on the drivers side installed. Ran out of 3M double sided tape. Now I need to get to changing the spark plugs and wires. She's running rough, hoping that will help a bit.

Setup looks nice. Nothings wrong with a little extra lighting. There are some conversion housings that allow us to use the h4 bulb. I got me a set locally and am currently using my retrofitted hid kit from a Acura tsx. A little more lighting then the factory candles but they don't cut too well in the rain. Some websites as well as eBay sells hid kits for bulb sizes and you can maybe find a set of the conversion bulbs. That's if your current lighting isn't cutting it. Oh, and they will need to be readjusted downward so they don't blind people.

Yeah I've got those H4 conversion housing for my Firebird.. just been too lazy to order them for the truck. Can't decide between the European set which has the cutoff, or the cheaper basic set. Not a big fan of HID's unless they're in proper projector housings, and that's just too much of a hassle at the moment.

You can always get a nice set of projector headlights and retrofit them in the housing. A popular set here are the tsx and the s2000 projectors because of their cutoff line. But of course it's your truck and all I can do is through ideas out. The truck does look good though. Hope the truck runs better after the plugs and wires.

Andrew - Got the bed cover from a guy on craigslist. He was selling his MM, that happened to have a bed cover. I called him up to see if he would just sell the cover, and he did. Cost me $300, but I hate not having one, it was worth it. This one is.. well, a weird fiberglass material, covered in vinyl pleather lol. Not quite sturdy enough to sit on or anything like that, but it works.

Ryan - I might consider doing that down the road. I still have a retrofit with the FX projectors that I never finished for my Firebird. Been over a year, and I'm only about 25% the way through. As far as running better, the truck now won't even start. Just turns over. Weird considering it was running, not beautiful, but running yesterday. This morning.. nothing, no fire. It's either not getting any spark, or something fuel related. I'm hoping it's just the coil crapped out, something easy along those lines. Won't have a chance to work on it for a few days, so we'll see.

Beachrat - Thanks man!

Sorry to hear of the no start issue. Anything seem strange since it last ran? I know Our trucks need some tlc and maintenance. Pennyman says our trucks computers are known to go out because of leaking caps. My fuel filter was clogged after a few weeks of ownership cause of neglect. I hope it's something simple.
