Memorial Weekend Projects...

Ok... so being a mailman I have a long weekend coming up. So I'm going to tackle some projects.
All will be accomplished this weekend.
(In order for the most part)

1. Manual to Power Steering Conversion
2. LSD Installation (Third Member)
3. Projector Headlight/HID Install
4. Drilled/Slotted Rotor w/Ceramic Brake Pad Install (All the old brake fluid will be bled as well)
5. New Grill Install
6. Clear corners/turn signal Install
7. New Steering Wheel Install
8. Install of the Toyota 4Runner Rims/Tires (15's)

Should look better and perform a little better as well after I'm done!
I'll post before and after pictures of all steps!

Sounds like a damn fine weekend to me!Hell, a few cold ones and the old grill fired up, and I might just have to take a road trip to the big FL.

do the projectors actually work? how is the cutoff line?

No cutoff line Just glorified magnifiers! They work great though, and look 10x better.

Looking sweet. I think a 93-96 grille and clear corners alone make these trucks looks 100X better, not counting the other mods you did. I need to find a LSD, haven't seen any Montero's at the junkyard in a while, a year or two I remember a bunch all the time, man.

mine are the same way. Might attempt a projector swap if i can find some cheap ones.

I snagged up some acura projectors at the junk yard the other day for next to nothing... but not sure if I wanna hack up my new 7x6's just yet... Maybe soon though!

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but how easy was it to swap to power steering? MY 2wd is a bit heavy with the bigger wheels on and i was thinking of converting it to ps.

What bits will i need?
