Hey all! Just found out about here, through another member!! I am looking at buying a '89 MM with 43,000 miles on the engine. yes it has been sitting since (at least) a year, but with a new battery in it, the thing fired right up! I was amazed! Well I was looking for a forum (like I do with ANY car I own) and I found this and another one, so I hope to get some answers from here and I will spread what ever help I can.
I don't know anything about these trucks (except what I have read in these there forums) but I have a little knowledge in interior and stereos, and my imagination is just WILD... like me wanting to extend the cab 4 inches and take it out of the bed, fiberglass a "57 chevy" type dash, or even an impala type dash, to the interior, chop- top 2 inches.... yea know all the bells and whitsles... with reality being, clean up the 4-cyl, change the rear end to 5 lug, get ALL the electrical working, put a system in, maybe put round lights up front and shave the rear lights... But as we all know What you want to happen aint always the same as what WILL happen!""

Well I look forward to being here!!
U.M
