Need help with drawing or pic for tattoo

ok guys, and girls, im gettin ready to start workin on my next tattoo. i wanna get my side ripped open from my hip to my armpit. and its gonna be an automotive piece. (wrenches for my ribs, other tools, mitsubishi logo, mini truckin logo, some truck parts, bags and a compressor) but what i need help with is a skeleton. i want it to look like the skeleton ripped me open and is climbing out. i want him to have a respirator and a paint gun in his hand. ive seen something similar but cant find it. so if anyone could find me such a picture or could draw one for me i would really appreciate it.
