He messaged me and said it is supposed to be shipped today via UPS with a tracking number. If I don't hear from him by monday, I'm gonna file it with payapal.

That is realy cool. You need to start a thread under off topic with pictures like this, describing what is going on. This is somthing that everyone yould enjoy reading about. You have an interesting job that takes years to get into. I think it would be a great thread if you discribed the genral plant operations with pictures.
When pulling rods out how long can it be out of the coolant? Is there a time limit? What happens? Where does it go? Are you behind glass? I have a thousand questions about this type of thing.
My father worked on all of the Aplo missions to the moon and other cold war mistles so YES my father was a rocket sceintist and it rubbed off. Did you know befor Alen Shepard went up in the first maned mission we would fill the rocket with fuel. Have a hold on the lanch so my dads friend could go up in a cherry picker pull a plug off the side of the rocket and "sniff" with his nose for for the smell of fuel. That is how we kept it from blowing up on the pad with Alen in the capsel.. So he volinterd to go and smell for the fuel befor lift off. It waas a 3 inch round plug.
