Are any of you guys into cool stuff or just into import junk??
i've got a 64 scout for instance did a chevy 350 with a th350 with the dana 20, its spring over with 2.5" lift springs, now runs on propane with 50 gals of it in the back,
i aquired an all original Arizona car 72 Firebird formula 400 with a 400 and a th400 with a 12bolt posi the interior is wasted which is a common AZ problem but body is of course cherry.(looks just like the rockford files firebird same color and the trunk rack)
Got a 67 Plymouth Belvedere with the original 318 with the 727 and only 85000 orig miles on it and its got an all new interior, owned it since i was 15 still never driven it :crying-yellow:
A 77 ford f100 with a bb 400 and c6 motor is built to the hilt and burns the tires in all gears with 2.75 rear gears, too much torque ripped the motor mounts out of it twice, and all that with a holley 500cfm 2bbl but thats ford's for ya, they like big cams and small carbs(lots of vacuum)
and couple other projects that arent done yet and one bad ass truck that i had got stolen and has never been and probanly never will be recovered :crying-yellow:
Just rambling but interested if some of you are just bolt on bandits or real builders/mechanics

Oooo post some pics of that Belvedere. I'm a big Mopar Nut. Know what you mean about AZ interior

My '72 340 4-Speed Demon spent it's life in AZ, the Dashpad is FUBAR. Beautiful body though, the rest of the interior is immaculate too (which is good because the chances of finding a Replacement "Fold Down" Rear Seat are next to none)

no not yet but the body is cherry thats normal out here except the hood its got a factory glass hood and some dumb ass which will remain nameless(my father-in-law) got rid of the qjet that goes on it(luckily i have like 3 of them that are the right pontiac ones for it) and put his holley 750 on it and didnt notice the air cleaner stud was out too far shut the hood and put a hole in it nothing 100 hours of glassing and blocking won't fix i guess, but the interior is soooo fucked unfortuneately the most expensive thing for me to do i can do about everything else but that, im not too good at interior work i can make it look good but not like that car deserves its worth too much, gonna probably put a nice scca legal cage in it too there is one that makes the back seat still useable as well, and thinking about going with a 2 4bbl setup edelbroke makes one that fits under the hood  and its got 2.73 rear gears so if i ever wound it up to the 5500 that those manifolds are rated too i'd be doing like 175 or so anyways so shouldnt be a big deal seeing as those were 180mph cars from the factory with the 400/th400 combo that it has i've done 120 in it and didnt even notice it.

I bet as soon as the owner signed the title over to him, he jumped the car and punched the throttle to the floor.. Cause he stole the car for that price :D

Beautiful Car!!! 8-)

ya thats the story around here if its not something they see on barrett jackson up in scottsdale its not worth anything, i was trying to sell it for a while just cuz i have so many projects only was asking 800 which is way under what i have in all my time in the all hand blocked body work but just tire kicker city let me tell you, thanks tho it is pretty damn nice, will be an awsome cruiser/sleeper if i can ever get it done i mean its not a super fast car like the formula or like my uncles 69 l88 427 vette but i still love it.
